It’s not often you’ll get to try an entirely new variety of a fruit, but the team at Hillbilly Cider in Bilpin let you do exactly that after they discovered the Blue Mountains’ first new apple variety in a hundred years with the Sweet Julie. Not since the famed Granny Smith has there been such a buzz for a fruit, and better yet – they made it alcoholic.
